I looked at those US models and found no such warranty.

Since you shortlisted these, what web link told you it had such a warranty?

Oh, i am sorry. It was actually my friend who told me that most products have a global warranty. I would prefer if the product has a global warranty. It is just like an added advantage. I dont mind if there is no possibility of such a warranty. But can you please give your opinion about the laptops i shortlisted?

None seem to meet your criteria.

I'd start your search again but keep in mind there is no paid staff here. Just people helping people. That is, while what I would buy might be interesting it does not meet your criteria so it's now your turn to try again.

That is, you shortlisted items that didn't meet your spec so after looking at 3 of them it looked like you need to start over.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
