Budget Camera

I have not found a camera in that price range that can "auto-focus while video recording".

Panasonic has announced several new cameras that can.
But they are not available yet and no price has been announced.

Judging from the other features on those cameras, they will likely be priced around $300.

Thanks for the feedback.
I learn something new every day and you have made my day.

For that price ($150), you have found a winner.
Good picture quality too.

It looks like we will be seeing more cameras with continuous video focus in the near future.
