For this one we need a working PC and no CDKEY number is required. We make our USB Windows 10 install media with the Microsoft Media Creation Kit (google that.)
But the no bootable device is typical for failed drives, missing drives, failing hardware and now malware.
I won't get into data recovery since all PC users know that backup is not optional. See the worldwide worm in the news to reaffirm that!
This happened before but randomly started working again. But it's happening again. It's fine, then it suddenly went to a blue screen and now when powered up, its a blk screen that reads:
INTEL UNDI, PXE-2.0(Build 083) For Altheros PCIE Ethernet Controller v2.0.2.6 (09/28/10). Check cable connection, PXE-MOF: Exiting Intell PXE ROM, No Bootable Device - Insert Boot Disk-Press Any Key.
I went into F2 Setup Utility, to the boot priority order. It looks like this:
1. HDD0:
2. ATAPI CDROM:
3. USB FDD:
4. Network Boot: Atheros Boot Agent
5. USB HDD
6. USB CDROM
The info on this is ACER Aspire One AO722,
System BIOS version : V1.07
VGA BIOS version: ATI VER012.036.000.029.041054
starter was windows 7 but then I was able to upgrade to windows 10 for free.
I don't have any bootable disk or flash drive and have no idea where or how to get one, this laptop doesn't even take disks... Please someone help
