need help big time! PC take tooooo long to startup

the problem is that my pc takes along long time to start up, from the windows loading screen iv done a vrius and spyware scane and nothig comes up so please please anybody help me!! thank you in advanced.

Although it's hard to give any advice when we don't know much about your computer (operating system, age of computer, laptop/desktop/ things you've already done to fix the issue, etc. would be nice), please click on the link below and follow ALL of the steps to clean up the computer.
