Need help again.

Well I had asked on here which GPU would be best for my PC and I received a really good reply. The only problem now is that any good GPU that's worth even looking at requires at a 300 watt power supply. So here's my question. Where can I find an at least 400 watt power supply that will fit the mounts for a Compaq Persario SR1620NX. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It seems that just about any GPU I look at has a recommended PSU that pushes out 300 watts even the one you had sent me the like to last time so I'm really not sure what to do.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
