The best thing to do is to call your support. Your company does have a support option with the supplier, I assume. If it hasn't it's a good moment to buy it.

A customer's PBX terminates multiple inbound trunks, yet inbound callers complain of frequent busy signals. I monitor trunk activity and find that some trunks are almost always busy, while others are almost always idle. How do I resolve this?
