Need help

I am having trouble signing into the internet. It keeps telling the system is too busy. I tried scanning the disk in hard drive( c.) It takes me sometimes 40 mintues then it work.

If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution.

Actually, that can be normal with today's mammoth hard drives. But your post is so light on details that no one can comment about that time.

As to connecting, what you wrote is typical of a crowded dialup area on some ISP. Nothing I can do to help that. Call the ISP and complain or switch.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
