Hi,

I use this site alot, even though i live in paris. I find myself using offshore/private hosts more often than not. I'm currently using a web host called Host Dune (www.hostdune.com). They seem to be fairly good. $59 a year which works out to i think under $5 a year. Thats for their better web host. Also their private servers aren't that bad maybe like $59 a month.

If you are looking for a good web host I would reccomend using a free web hosting review site like alreadyhosting.com ... Review the sites and decide which is best for you.
