Need DVD-HDD recorder with Live TV Pause /Rewind

I have been using LG LMR-519 until its power supply was broken.
My best favorite function of LMR-519 is live TV rewind/playback up to 90 minutes. To say, it always records last 90 min of live TV automatically.

I'm looking for the alternative DVR-HDD, but there is no model with this live TV rewind/playback function.
I purchased Philips DVDR3576H. This model has similar function, but to use live TV rewind/playback I need to push record button everytime before rewind.
Some Panasonic and Pioneer models also need to push record button to begin live TV rewind/playback.
I don't like TiVO, because I hate subscription.
Is there anyone who knows the model which has auto-live TV pause/playback?

This is only current review I could find, slim pickings for this type of unit.
Do you have cable? I have Dish Network and the Dish DVR automatically records up to two hours of the channel that you are watching. John
