Need camera for realestate

Something pretty simple to use just to document condition of homes. Pics and short 5 minute videos. Any opinions on a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ70. My next choices are Canon EOS Rebel T5 or Nikon D3200.
For years have used a Panasonic DMC-TZ3 camera for pics with a Sanyo VPC-FH1 for video.
Really no complaints. Just thinking easier to just carry one camera for pic & video and extra wide angle maybe nice.
Thanks for any suggestions

FZ70's 60X zoom seems overkill for real estate.

If you can increase your budget a bit, I think an LX100 would serve you much better: larger sensor and brighter (but shorter) lens mean better pics indoors, and it also shoots 4K video.

If you can't increase your budget, I agree with Bob.

May just stick with what I have been using. Looks like the LX100 maybe a little difficult to use if I just give it to someone to use without a lot of instructions. Looks like it is manual.
