Jul 6, 2010 7:13AM PDT

I need a music program that allows you to ...
1)create multiple playlists
2)extract tracts from any cd or folder
3)rearange tracks
4)auto-play or 1 button play & pause for that playlist
5)rename tracks
6)Save playlists
7)simple & fast & cheep
Coolwill NOT be used with Ipods, iTunes, etc...( & don't want it to be! - JUST standard music)

All suggestions greatly appreciated from freeware to under $50.(& where to find them)
