Need assistance - Have bug can't get rid of

Could you please pass this on to your tech group so they can respond with an answer.

I run TrackZapper and Zone Alaram at start up, and with each start up, TZ is giving me the following three SEVERE messages. I remove, but if I re-start and run TZ again, they're back.

What are they, how can I permanently remove/

Infected Registry:

HKEY_CLASSES.ROOT\.jlg = 2 messages
HKEY_CLASSES.ROOT\jlg=originalextension

Will the full blown Zone remove these?

Zone Alarm is a firewall company. I'd use antivirus and pest removal tools like Housecall and EWIDO for pest control.

I agree with Bob. In fact, I answered about the same to your identical post in the Computer Help forum: http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6122-0.html?forumID=44&threadID=196363&messageID=2114436 To avoid fragmentation I'll lock this thread, so the whole discussions stays in one place. You're better off there, because this is a more general question than about an application or utility.
