My first digital camera was/is a hp 318, 2.31 MP, 2x digital zoom. But now it's time to move on to something better. I am looking for: at least 4 MP, and at least 3x zoom, under $350.00
If anything, I don't know which brand to choose from. Any good suggestions?

So set your sights a little higher.
