Clarification Request
Installing Windows is probably custom.

It looks like XP so you'll need the restore media and instructions for that model.

As to Linux, there are plenty of web pages about installing. So no need to duplicate that here.

I had one of those. There is no way to corrupt it. But I can guess folk might call it corrupted as today it won't work on many websites.

-> There was a Linux for such machines but I DO NOT have either the intructions or the how to's for it. You'll have to google research it.

The windows is not in good condition. My wish is to reinstall it or put Linux.

Just sharing.

Mine had a reset procedure as the OS could not be corrupted (it's in ROM.) But you could break it and a reset brings it back to working.

Good luck in Linux or Android (hint hint) for this one.
Once you identify make and model, try XDA Developers to see if they have any Android for it.

In XDA Forum as that's the place for the only OS I know that ran on such. Android has Linux underneath so that meets your goal.
