General discussion

need advice/suggestions

I'm thinking of buying a camcorder, but not too sure which one to get since there are quite a lot out there.

Ideally, I would like to buy one which has minimal latency, either recording to hard disk or miniDV, good enough quality for recording sporting activities, so there'll be alot of movement.

I would also like to do some video editing using my computer from time to time.

My current budget is less than $900, but hopefully it won't go that high.

Any suggestions?

Thank You All!!
