All the models you listed do great HD video, subpar audio and overheat if you go too long or the conditions are not cool or cold.
You are also repeating prior discussions so you might feel shortchanged but I will sum it up for you.
1. Use what you have before.
2. Get mics and some audio recorder.
3. Get a HD Camcorder.
4. Lens for shoots are over rated. You control the set, the shoot so you can move around a lot, and would know when to put it on a pod, trolley or such.
