Need advice on buying a camera

Dec 2, 2009 6:59AM PST

Hello forum,

Can anyone help me out? I am a newbie looking for a handheld digital camera with the following specs:

+Under $200
+720/30fps video recording
+10MP+ for digital photos
+Microphone input for adding an external mic
+Fold out LCD Screen

Basically this camera -- but with an input for adding an external mic! Help please:

(As a second option something like this --but with an external mic input -- would do)

Digital Camera

I don't know of any digital camera under $200 with an input for an external microphone.

The Sanyo is classified as a camcorder.
I suggest you ask that question on the Camcorders Forum:

Thanks I have already posted this on camcorder too but to no avail.

It doesn't have to be under $200, just a preference, any price will do, thanks in advance for help
