Need advice for new rig(First Timer)

I just need some advice on the rig i'm building, like if there are better parts for the same price point or for lower. I'm going to use this build mainly for stuff like 3D Autocad/Solidworks and similar applications with some programming and Medium gaming. I'm not going to upgrade for atleast the next 3 to 4 years and some advice for this rookie builder(I also live in India so the prices may differ).

Seems nice enough.

With the 1070 GPU you have top notch gaming at 1080p or more so I would not call this Medium gaming.

But why spend any INR for RGB LEDs, lights here? They add nothing to performance. Forget that and bump up your SSD size.
