Answer
In regards to the Note 5

To be honest, i wish I had never upgraded. Sure they have new little neat things added to the note 5 but in comparison to all the missahaps and head aches....now I have a very expensive paper weight. Biggest Flaw and terrible consequences would be my story. My little girl tried to get into my phone and because the phone couldn't recognize the fingerprint I programmed into it. The phone assumed it was stolen. I tried to get into the phone by accessing my gmail account but google saw the strange activity and disabled my account. Because of this my phone erased. Contacted Google to reinstate my account but they couldn't do it unless they texted the confirmation code to the phone that the gmail was attached to. Hello? cant get into the phone, to receive the code, to open the phone. Does anyone else have a head ache!!! Google refuses to help. Samsung basically said on many phone conversations that i was out of luck. I am paying for a phone that just sits there. My suggestion? If you do decide to get the phone and dont mind that you cant program numbers into it. Dont finger print pass code it.

Or tell them no service = not paying a dime more on the contract.

There are other discussions on the web about this. But highly technical and average folk can get upset about all the hoop jumping. I think it's time to make it simple. The carrier failed to deliver service and the contract is toast.
