Um...It's a philips, i dont know the # (its not found on the internet anywhere...i checked, there is a similar one online though)...i can get the number from my garage tomorrow if you want, but i don't really see the need for it.
Any kind of stand is fine...just need one 35" in width at least...and no taller than 38". AND CHEAP, not much money since im going to college.

...Check out www.audioadvisor.com. They have some really nice stands. I don't know if they'll be in your budget range but it's a good place to at least get some ideas. Hope this helps.
Worst case scenario, go to Gothic Cabinets and have them make a simple one for you.
Just a thought...
You could get a small folding table, They come in 4',6' 8' sizes and are fairly low cost. Thier not pretty, but thay are functional. John
You can go to www.techcraft.net and see if there is a tv stand you like.
