Need a t-con board for a samsung ln32c350

I have a samsung ln32c350 with about a 6 inch grey (sometimes green) vertical line around the middle of the display. I've upgraded the firmware and taken it apart and cleaned the LVDS ribbon connectors with a pencil eraser. Am I safe to assume that I have a bad t-con board? Any thoughts? Oh yeah, the line shows up over menus, etc. Anyone know where I can get 1 of these?

It still can be a bad panel. As to parts, try

Last week on Amazon Prime day I did see a 40 inch tv for 99 bucks so we have reached the point that can really upset folk that repair things. That is, replacement costs are less than parts.
