Need a standard form factor QUIET socket 478 fan

QUIET is the key. I'm running a linux box that runs the fan at 100% all the time. I need to replace my P-4 2.4 GHz socket 478 fan. I need something QUIET because the PC is in my living room and sounds like an F-14.

Any suggestions?
