Need a PDA

Hey

I need a PDA but I have specific requirements(okai not that specific)...
-an integrated keyboard (is that really too much to ask)
-not a phone or smart phone or anything dealing with that
-Bluetooth and Wi-Fi preferably but i'll take either

um thats about it. and if ne one knows anything about the SONY Clie? Cuz I'm in japan and I think I really want one of those...
