Need a consolidated Palm Calendar

My business partner and I each must schedule appointments and activities that we put into our respective Palms. We have to continually ask each other about the other's availability prior to scheduling new joint appointments. Is there Palm compatible software that will allow us to PRINT ONE CONSOLIDATED CALENDAR through our Windows XP system? We each can currently print our individual calendars from our Palm Desktops but it would be so much easier if we could "sync" and print calendars for our future months containing both of our commitments.
