cases depending on what type of shoot I am going on (and how much gear I need to carry - lenses, wired/wireless mics, batteries, tapes, cables, pens, small tool-kit, camera brackets, shock mount, hand-crank-generator flashlight, manual, etc.) for my Sony HDR-HC1. The "pick'n'pluck" foam rubber protection inside is useful and protective as is the rubber gasket seal. And they are strong enough for me to stand on if I need a little more height when shooting.
SKB makes good, sturdy cases, too.
I just bought a Canon HV20 and I am looking for a case to carry it in. Does Canon make a case that is specifically for this camera? If so, does anyone out there own it and what are your thoughts about it?
Are there other case options that I should consider? Also, do most people go with soft cases, or hard water-tight cases?
Thank you in advance,
Hawk
