Need 4k Monitor Suggestion

Hi there, I am new to the forum and looking for a new 4K monitor suggestion. I currently own a Dell UltraSharp 27 4K Monitor (https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-ultrasharp-27-4k-monitor-u2718q/apd/210-amlm/monitors-monitor-accessories ) that is working great as of now, but now want another monitor to add to my two monitor setup, but not dell. LG has a new 4K Monitor with HDR as well, the downside is it does not come with a IPS panel but VA panel, so that is a bummer. Any other suggestion IPS panel and similar price range is what I am looking for in the US.

Any suggestion regarding the same would be of great help.

preferred Requirement -

Good IO
IPS Panel
at least @60 Hz refresh rate

Budget - $500 - $600

Screen Flickering issue

The Dell Monitor had screen flickering issue twice, so had to get it repaired under warranty. Though it's working fine since, I just don't want both of my Monitors go pufff at the same time. if the issue reappears again.
