Need 256 driver to play Hover in Windows Vista

by smorgan3881 / June 20, 2010 5:20 PM PDT

I love the original Hover game that came with the Windows 95 operating system. I have this game, but don't have the 256 driver so the game looks weird. Can I install a 256 driver on my Gateway that has Vista operating system? If so where can I go to get the correct driver? Thanks, smorgan3881

It's a Gateway model #GT5622 with Vista, Intel processor - what else do you need to know?

I took your post as not a request to find drivers. I'll leave that to others. Did you try the settings I noted.

You did great! the page you sent me too was enough to get my brain in gear to make the proper adjustment to play the game. It looks much better. Thankyou so much, your advice solved the problem, I really appreciate you taking the time to reply to my query. smorgan3881

Hope all the problems are solved that way. Drivers can create even more issues than we care for any day.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
