I get the impression that you're re-using the same session or filename and it just dumps all the scans to that same file. In other words, see in the setting -OR- after doing a 1-scan, you apply you're done with that. Proceed to the next 2-scan and continue, again naming a new file name or whatever it allows. Otherwise, you may have to reduce the "size" of the scan so it appears as 1-item in whole rather than what is now experienced. Also, probable within the setting just what type of scan you're doing, it may have some reference to pictures vs. documents, etc.. I read the .PDF on scans, check pg. 4 of Neat guide and review the setting.

Hello. I hope this is the right place for this. My wife recently purchased a Neat Receipts scanner. She is wondering if there is a way to seperate individual items from a receipt. Example: seller 1 sells $23.40. Seller 2 sells $10.00. Seller 3 sells $14.30. They are all on the same receipt, but she wants them seperated into different excel spreadsheets. Thanks for any help at all!
