NAV updated. . .

by Coryphaeus / February 9, 2005 4:01 AM PST

Most of you know how I feel about free AV programs and NAV, so this was a bonus.

I've used NSW 2003 (actually, all Norton products since the 90s) since it came out, renewing when it came time. The first time it was 10 dollars. Next time it was 15 dollars. Now my subscription was up for renewal and following the renew link I see that it's now 25 dollars. But on the same page was an offer for the new full NSW and NPF for $39.95. Well, duh, no question, the retail version is almost $70.00 depending where you shop. Rebates are available but no wait for me.

I downloaded it and it installed perfectly, zero problems. Then again, I have a perfectly running machine, two of'em.
