is the Supreme Court open to the public?

Yes, it is (not sure if it's always open or if some cases are closed). You can sit in and observe a case, but only for a brief period of time, then they move you out and let the next group in. I've been inside the courtroom but not when it was in session.

and in all other federal courts as well. Perhaps if people see some of these court decisions, there will be a move to reign in the power the courts are increasingly claiming for themselves.
