install malwarebytes and scan the complete drives. I'd also run a registry cleaner afterward, just to be sure any "dead" entries were also deleted which might point to a hidden section which could reload the Trojan again. Then reboot and see if the problems are gone.
I also use Linux Mint for myself and never have gotten any Trojan on it.

I tried to turn on some of the antiviruses from the action center I got an error simply saying that it couldn't be turned on. Tried to do it manually and I get an error message that said, "Windows cannot find (Program name) please make sure you type the name correctly and try again".
Now I did a scan with Hitman Pro and it found a bunch of Trojan horses that where posing as files from the registry.
I tired to remove them using it but that didn't work and they where still there, even though hitman said that it would be removed upon a reboot.
Is there anything I can do? System restore point doesn't work either as it just gives me the error message from before.
