Name changing trojan virus.. HELP

I have a name changing trojan virus that everytime u stop running it the .exe changes its name so i cant delete it and norton just keeps "cleaning" the new file and i could sit there for hours just cleaning the new file. how do i get rid of it. Also how do i get rid of hte aurora popups im getting.
