mystery MSN copy

I have been using MSN on a shared computer. The save hostory box is not checked so no histyory is saved. Today, however, in "My Documents" I found a Microsoft Word copy of a rataher personal MSN conversation I recently had. I suspect that particular night I was also using Windows during my MSN conversation....but HOW would I manage to copy a conversation i did not want copied???
