I am unable to find this. I used a product to clean computer and it disappeared. A window comes up asking me to download, but have not found anywhere to download. Does this affect anything or would it have an affect on IE? I cannot use IE it will open and then says has problem and has to close. Using Monzilla and don't particularly like

I tried using the Malware and it is good however the problem still exists. I was able to clear up Internet Explorer by deleting Internet Explorer 8 and using 7 instead.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
