General discussion

I have a question. I was advised to use this to get rid of an accessories tool bar. I did. I just went there again today. The question is: My AVG detected a virus in a temporary internet file; I'm sorry, I didn't manage to catch the name of the file, but the virus alert said it is a trojan horse downloader called Swizzor.4.C. How can I get rid of this; I just completed an AVG scan about 20 minutes ago, and this was not picked up. I would appreciate some advice. I tried to use the "heal" function, tried to delete this file, and then tried to move it to the virus vault, none of these choices worked. I would appreciate some advice, please. I think this forum is great, and have really learned some valuable tips from the posters. Thank you for letting me be a part of this. I have a Compaq Presario 1200 and use WindowsME.

Not in symantecs

According to the Symantecs page this is not listed (swizzor.4.C). You'd be better off contacting your antivirus provider to help you with this issue.
