My Windows 10 computer is telling me "Pares" is not working. What is "Pares" and how do I get rid of this error message?

So this brings up a couple of options.
1. Either you've installed a program on your computer which contains a "Pares.exe" or a "Pares.dll" file and it's become corrupted an no longer function. Doing a search on your computer should tell you where it is and if it's located in a specific folder which would give you a clue as to the type of program it is.
2. Or the file is left over from some type of malware. Because that's a high probability, please click on the link below and follow the steps to the letter, in the order they are given. The scans will take quite a while to run but should give you information about whether the file is malware.
