Games tend to do that. And if you get a better card, it uses it all again. Can you share where you learned that the GPU load should be less?

So, a new problem,i got this new monitor and it seems when i play my game the GPU is running at 99% constantly(vid card cpu),and its not over heating for its specs but running very warm(about 160 F,think max is around 180 ish)But the cpu(the vid card cpu) stays at 99% the whole time im running it,it causes no lag,doesnt seem to have any problems visually...should i option to get a better card? ill post build below:
