It sounds like you may've inadvertently dug your self a hole. Since uninstalling that program didn't resolve the problem, your only recourse would be to back up your data and restore the computer to factory settings according to the instructions in your user guide.
It is not the simple problem as it seems. Even when I get in COMPUTER MANAGEMENT > DISK MANAGEMENT... I see the USB STICK there but when I right click on it to OPEN it from there, the message pops up "THIS OPERATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT ON THIS COMPUTER. PLEASR CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR." When I right click and reach for the option change drive letter path and all - it's not clickable. I know the reason for the problem- I installed some hopeless software which restricts other USB users to take data from my laptop> when they insert USB it asks password and then allows to take data. But when I tried that It didn't accept my preset password and there was no way I can't find to bypass it. So I tried to uninstall the software by going into system configuration and shutting it down on startup and then I uninstalled it from control panel. The software has been uninstalled successfully but its effect still remains I guess , it just don't ask for a password but it doesn't let open the USB at all. Please Help. I figured one way out is to back up data and have a system recovery but I want one other than that. PLEASE HELP!!!
