In terms of quality and features here are my Top 5 Pocketable Camcorders that use SD cards for storage:

#1 Panasonic SDR-S300: 3 ccd Camcorder
#2 Sanyo HD2: High Definition Camcorder, with microphone input jack
#3 Sanyo CA65: first Under Water(5 feet) pocketable camera
#4 Sanyo CG65: 5 x optical zoom
#5 SVP HDDV-8600: budget camcorder, good 640 X 480 resolution.
