My Target Device transfers data slowly with WIn XP

If i connect My Target USB device to win 2000 PC,it is giving data in 4.17secs(as per my application)
If I connect same device to Win XP machine it is taking 5.9 Secs, why this delay.

But I should achive same speeds with Win 2K and XP

I have tried by upgrading with SP2 also but same problem with XP.

My target device is USB1.1(1.5Mbps)

Make sure it is set - if it is already, then uncheck then reboot then recheck it and reboot again - also make sure you have the latest XP SP2 drivers -

Where is this written? XP, while based on 2000 has more bloat and more patches than 2000.

I see nothing wrong here.
