My system is not loading Win XP SP2

My system is not loading OS Win XP SP2. I have a strange windows logo when I turn on my computer today. I have added pics.

after the loading, my computer loses signal and and then the screen goes blank.

i can only get in under safe mode , which is how i'm using it now. However I got unusual safe mode menu. I cannot even see the options, but I remember which one is for the safe mode with internet.

I have scanned the virus, no virus found. Thank you

But if I ran into a machine like that, I'd replace the video card and try again.

If You're In Safe Mode...

Then I'll guess that your graphics card took a dive. . First, if you can find an updated graphics driver for your computer, please try installing it from Safe Mode. .

In addition, if the step above doesn't help, from Safe Mode, you could access the 'Device Manager", then Uninstall the graphics card, listed under the "Display Adapters".. RIGHT click directly on the device listed under "Display Adapters", choose "Uninstall", then restart the computer.. Your graphics card should be re-recognized by Windows and installed with the current driver. That is, IF it's functional.

Then again, if nothing improves, you'll need to replace the graphics device.

I tried your method. I can get back to the normal Windows Xp. however I installed the newest or the dell CD driver. I got the same problems again. anyway , thanks for your help
