I'd like to set up a sound system in my barn, and have a few questions for some more knowledgeable people out there.
I'd like some help in determining how big of speakers i need and how powerful of an amplifier,
The system has to have 3 speakers. Two should be fairly big. I'm thinking around 100 watt RMS or more, but I'm not really sure what I need. The other one can be pretty small and will be in the same room as the amplifier. (just for a 16' X 16' office.
One of the bigger speakers will be in a large dairy barn. 120' X 108'. and it will be consistently kinda noisy in there. During the summer, there will be 24 large 4' barn fans running. But, by no means does the speaker have to overpower the fans. I'd just like some background music.
The other speaker is in the milking parlor. A 56' X 40' room that gets noisy during milking. I'd like it to be loud enough to hear talk radio clearly. or to blare some music.
I hope I'm providing enough info??? If u have more questions, lemme know!
Then, I'd love some suggestions for an amplifier or whatever kinda system u think would work best. I'd like bluetooth capability, and aux input for sure. and a cd player perhaps.
Finally, i'm wondering how feasible/ expensive it would be to do wireless??? one speaker is 40' away from the receiver with two walls between them. and the other is 30' with 2 walls. What kind of options are there for wireless???
I would appreciate any and ALL input... thanks
