You go to the shop and ask them to fix it under warranty.

Sometimes in sony phone some function are not work. you have to replace your phone in under warranty period.

Have you run some updates already? Perhaps clearing the cache would work or try other browsers. If all else fails then go back to the shop where you've bought it.

My Sony Android Phone has also problem of opera browser. it is not even open at all. is there any solution. i couldn't uninstall that.

Uninstall it, delete the data and cache and then reinstall, if this does not work try another browser like opera, firefox or dolphin.

If you have to stick to chrome then backup your data and restore the phone to factory settings. If all else fails, have it replaced.
