in pics and videos that bothers me......I hear from liberal media (Fox hasn't mentioned it) that these a poor people looking for work, have no money for food, etc on this trek, etc., but most are seen using cell phones (I've even seen them being recharged at some stops along the way). How can they pay that bill if they're so broke? Cell phone coverage doesn't come cheap and I'm sure they aren't all CVS Track phones with 'paid minutes' that have to be repurchased vey easily. Even using internet banking to purchase minutes means they have money in an account somewhere and could have the resources to purchase food, too.
There was a video a few minutes ago on Fox that showed at least three women in a pretty brand new and shiny Dodge Ram pickup with kids (one was an infant) and a male driver piling in and driving away from TJ...the reporter said they were tired of waiting and going back home. Where did the money come from to leave? Was the driver a volunteer, a family member who came to get them? I'm more than curious because of the newness of the vehicle...if it's a family member, they appear to be more well off than we are led to believe.
Yep....I'm a skeptic......
At work there is an US Citizen living in Tijuana since it's cheap to live there. They cross the border for work when needed.
Something very interesting was told by this person so I wonder if anyone has read about the following.
Some migrants were told that "America wants you" and received some money to make the trip.
In our days of manufactured crisis, I'm inclined to believe.
