My Shared File Problem

After deleting some shared files as I was uninstalling an older Pinnacle 9 program; now I cannot write Litescribe discs and also I cannot write DVDs from my new Pinnacle 11 program. I could do both these things before I deleted those shared files. And for some reason my System Restore would not save me. I've been working on this for a week with no success.

That you'll have to uninstall all software related to DVD production and start installing them one by one. Uninstalling Pinnacle 9 after installing 11 is my clue here.
