My screen doesn't work, its black...help!

Hello, I recently bought a Samsung 32" LCD TV (MODEL:LN32a550P3FXZA,
SERIAL:ALXM3cpq70ede0N, VERSION:SQ01) this past Sept. 2008.

Last sunday I was watching tv perfectly fine, turned it off for a few hours, and when I go to turn it back on, there is no picture--but I can still here audio. I did not touch or mess with the tv at any time. I have tried the source button, which lets me switch to dvd, but still no picture!! I have tried unplugging it, and replugging it. Checking all the wires to make sure they are secure, everything.

Please let me know if you have any other tips that I can try or if you have encountered this problem before.

This is happening on all of my inputs, not just the cable.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your panel.

I would definitely recommend a service technician take a look at your unit. You can schedule that by calling 800-SAMSUNG and they'll assist you in setting up an appointment. Your unit is likely still under warranty, so I'd definitely recommend getting it checked out.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem as you did, and I see from other forums that other people have the same problem with this tv. How did you get it resolved?
