my "samsung UA55D8000 " keeps reverting back to dynamic mode

My samsung UA55D8000YR keeps reverting to 'dynamic' picture mode after I
have gone into the menu and changed to another mode and made
adjustments. It has even done this while watching the same channel after
a period of 15~20min it just switches back into dynamic mode.

Also when i switch it off, and then turn it on again . The tv starts in "dynamic mode". which was not happening earlier. for my "hdmi 4" and "TV"
selections

How do I keep it from doing this and have the picture settings that I have chosen stay ??
please help
