Since that indicates a hardware failure you need to call Samsung to setup repair. A workaround would be to try the wired connection.
Hey guys, hope you all had a good week. So about a week ago, my tv wouldn't connect to the internet. I checked the wifi signal on my phone, and it said it was strong. So I went to my settings and where it usually shows how strong your connection is, it said "No Access Network". I clicked on it, and took me the network status page. On this page it shows that my wifi is strong and the wifi name, but my tv won't connect to it. All the IP addresses and Mac address and so on have 0's (0.0.0.0). I saw online that it said to go to Open Network Settings and change these numbers. Whenever I choose the Open Network Settings, it brings me to the network type page. Whenever I click on the wireless tab, it spinns and says "Checking wireless network connection", then just goes back to the same page, like I didn't even choose the tab. Anyone have problems like this?? (Or know how ti fix it?
Thanks guys,
James
