My Samsung SC-DC164 Camorder won't finalize my DVD-R disk

by stargate3216 / March 19, 2007 4:57 AM PDT

The disk is completely full, and everything is working right on the camera as far as I know. Whenever I hit the finalize button it acts like its finalizing and then after about a minute it says "disk error"

I did notice that there is a small scratch on part of the DVD.

Is there any way to finalize the disk? If not is there any way to get my videos off the disk and onto the computer? The disk plays on the camcorder just fine.

Copy off the files from said media.

Good luck with that and may I add that this issue always seems to afflict full disks.
