May 15, 2014 3:23AM PDT

I put my phone on charging for one and half hour and it burnt
and when i complaint to samsung and i very patiently told the the whole scenerio to differnt persons and in the end they transferd me to Executive customer relation personnel and when i ask for replacement of phone he said i have to wait 24 to 72 hours as this is company policy.
but since this is my business no. i requested to replace immediately since this is under warranty and it will hurt my business also i told him that i had a small injury from this while picking up the phone and he HANG THE PHONE ON ME .
so I am really dishartend after receiving this type of service .

Sounds like you would skip all this and go get a lawyer?

Well, it seems like you should now take some legal action against them. They must replace the device immediately, I would say make sure you keep the evidence safe and file a compliant against them.
